Biz Tech Stack provides marketing technology services, including an AI-powered phone receptionist ("YourDeskAgent") that answers calls, schedules appointments, and follows up with customers on behalf of businesses. Specific services, features, and pricing are described on our website or in a separate written agreement. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Information provided through our website forms, phone calls, or text messages is used to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes or demonstrations, and schedule appointments. Submitting a form or booking a demo does not by itself create a contract for services. Any services we provide to you will be governed by the prices, scope, and terms agreed between us in writing.
When you provide your phone number to us, you agree to receive text messages from BizTechStack related to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account notifications, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of text messages will not affect any other service you receive from us.
You can opt back in at any time by replying START or YES. We honor all opt-out requests promptly. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and protect your information.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by: providing false or misleading information; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfering with the operation of our website or phone lines; using our services to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications; or violating any applicable law or regulation.

Any fees for paid services will be disclosed to you before you are charged and are governed by the plan or agreement you select. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once services are rendered. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
All content on our website — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by BMA d/b/a Biz Tech Stack or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BMA d/b/a Biz Tech Stack maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
